Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- 1 T. catsup
- 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese (diced)
- 2 cans of either cream of chicken or mushroom
- 1 pkg. frozen tater tots
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the first eight ingredients altogether and pat down in a 9x13 pan. Pour 2 cans of cream of chicken or mushroom soup (undiluted) on top of meat mixture. Put 1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots on top of this. Bake in 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
