Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. prepared mustard
  • 1 T. catsup
  • 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese (diced)
  • 2 cans of either cream of chicken or mushroom
  • 1 pkg. frozen tater tots

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first eight ingredients altogether and pat down in a 9x13 pan. Pour 2 cans of cream of chicken or mushroom soup (undiluted) on top of meat mixture. Put 1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots on top of this. Bake in 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
