Ingredients
- 4 loaves bread tore in small pieces
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4-6 stalks celery chopped
- 6 eggs
- 2 cans chicken broth
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan on low, cook butter, onion, celery until tender. Cool. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake at 350 around 20 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 36 stuffing balls
