Mom's Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 loaves bread tore in small pieces
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4-6 stalks celery chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan on low, cook butter, onion, celery until tender. Cool. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake at 350 around 20 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 36 stuffing balls
