Fresh Strawberry Tarts

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 box- Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts.
  • 3/4 tsp- sugar
  • Filling:
  • 2 1/2 - cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup- strawberry glaze
  • 6 tbsp- hot fudge topping
  • 1/3 cup- frozen whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Sprinkle sugar over pie crust, press ing lightly. Cut 6 rounds from crust with 4" round cutter or trace 6 round with top of large plastic glass.

Spray muffing pan with cooking spray. Fit rounds, sugared side up, alternately over backs of muffin cups. Pinch 5 equally spaced pleats around each side of cup. Prick each pastry generously with fork.

Bake 5 to 7 minutes.. Cook 5 minutes and remove from muffin cups.

Mix strawberries and glaze. Refrigerate

Before serving spoon fudge topping into shell. Top with strawberry mixture. Finish with whipped topping.
