Rosemary Garlic Buttered Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. baby red potatoes
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Scrub potatoes and remove strip of peel from around potato. Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salt water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Turn to medium high heat and add oil, garlic & rosemary. Cook until light golden brown and garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add butter, salt & pepper. Serve hot.
