Ingredients
- 2-2/3 cups of Sugar
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2/3 Cups of Kayro Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2/3 Cups Pecans Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Stir sugar, water, and syrup together in sauce pan on low heat. After all is disolved cook without stirring until 260 Degrees. In Mixing bowl beat egg whites and sugar and vanilla together until stiff peaks form. Pour in VERY small amounts hot liquid into mixer with egg whites. one the candy looses its gloss stop and fold in pecans. Use buttered spoon to place on buttered wax paper.
