Ingredients

• 1 # White Raisins
• 1 # Dark Raisins
• 1/2 pound red cheries [cut up]
• 1/2 pound green cheries [cut up]
• 1 # pineapples [cut up]
• In mixer combine above fruit with 1 cup burbon and let stand overnight .
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups light brown sugar
• 4 large eggs [beaten]
• Cream above ingredients mixing well .add 3/4 cup burbon slowly
• Add
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 3 teaspoons soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamond
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• Fold in soaked fruit along with
• 1 # chopped walnuts
• 1 # chopped pecans
• Refrigerator over night
• Place 1 teaspoon of cookies mix on baking sheet

Step 1

Bake at 350 deg. for 15 minutes
Left over cookie dough can be keep in refrigerator for later baking
