Ingredients

  • 1 C light Karo syrup
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 1/2 C creamy Peanut Butter
  • 6 C special K cereal
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • 1 C butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat over medium heat until just starts to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 C creamy peanut butter. Mix well and pour over 6 cups special K cereal. Spread evenly into 9 X 13 pan.

Melt 1 generous cup chocolate chips and a generous cup of butterscotch chips in microwave at 2 minutes then stir, then 1 minute at a time until melted.

Spread over top and let sit to harden and cool before cutting.
