Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Pistachio instant pudding, (4-serving size each)
- 2 cans (20 oz each) pineapple in juice, crushed and undrained
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 cups cool whip, thawed (8 oz tub)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir In cool whip; cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready
to serve. Garnish with additional cool whip and chopped pecans on top. Makes 16 servings, about ½ cup each.
