Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cup oats
• 3/4 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven at 350 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry ingredients. Chill dough for 1/2 hour.

Spoon small balls of dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
