Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Butter Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Can Mandarin Oranges
  • (Frosting)
  • 1 Can Pineapple
  • 1 Small Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 8oz Can of Whip Cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix pineapple, pudding, then set aside until thick.

In a separate bowl mix in cake mix and all other ingredients. Divide into 3 - 12" Cake Pans. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Place on towel and allow to cool.

Once Frosting has thickened add Cool whip and place in refrigerator until cakes are out and cooled.
