Easy Chicken Paprikash

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Chicken Broth or Stock
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 1/4 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 med onion, sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 of a 12oz pkg medium egg noodles (4 cups), cooked and drained

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir the broth, flour, paprika and red pepper in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.

2. Cook the chicken in a 10" nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 10 mins or until well browned on both sides.

3. Add the onion to the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook until the onion is tender-crisp. Stir in the broth mixture. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens and the chicken is cooked through. Remove the skillet from the heat.

4. Stir in the yogurt. Serve the chicken mixture with the noodles.
