Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough (the kind in pre-cut sections)
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line muffin pan with cupcake liners. Put one piece of sugar cookie dough in each liner. Bake for minimum time on package (but make sure they are done). Meanwhile, beat together the condensed milk and cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping and then fold in lemon juice. Put a big spoonful in each cooled sugar cookie crust. Smooth over and serve to family and friends! Enjoy!
