Ingredients
- Horseradish Sauce:
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 tespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Sauce Remoulade:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finey chopped
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons snipped parsley
- Hot 'n' Spicy Sauce:
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in each sauce; refrigerate. All make between 1-1/1/4 cups.
Note: Plan on 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin per person.
