- 40 Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 (12 ox) bag semi sweet chocolate chips
- Toffee bits, and chopped walnuts to sprinkle

Step 1
Spread saltines in in single layer in jelly roll pan or smaller cookie sheet, and set aside.
Melt butter and brown sugar together at medium-high heat, and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour over crackers, and lightly spread liquid mixture to cover all crackers.
Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Immediately after removing pan from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over entire pan, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Spread melted chocolate around the entire pan, and add toffee bits and chopped walnuts.
Chill in refrigerator for approximately 3 hours, or until completely hardened.
Break into chunks by hand, and enjoy!
