  • 3 oz. Pkg. lime jell-o
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jell-o
  • bananas, double sliced



Step 1

Prepare lime jell-o as directed on package and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple. Pour into a 8 inch pan or mold and chill until firm. Add mayonnaise to cream cheese mixing until well blended. Add nuts and spread over molded jell-o layer. Chill until firm. Prepare strawberry jell-o and set in refrigerator. When almost set, add bananas. Pour over cheese mixture and chill until firm. Remove from mold by placing mold in hot water for a few minutes; then invert onto a serving platter.
