Lettuce Salad In Bread Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of French bread dough
  • 1/2 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
  • crispy chicken fillets or pop corn chicken
  • Italian salad dressing
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • onion
  • green pepper
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • your favorite lettuce dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Generously spray the outside of a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place upside down on cookie sheet. Unroll bread dough and place over bundt pan. Lightly pinch sides of dough together and trip off excess dough at corners. Drizzle Italian salad dressing on the dough and sprinkle the dough with ½ package of Hidden Valley dry Ranch dressing. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and place on wire rack. Gently insert knife along sides to loosen. Cool on baking bowl for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and set upright – cool for 5 minutes. Then place chicken strips on cookie sheet and bake. Mix a lettuce salad with your favorite ingredients along with the cooked, chopped chicken in the bread bowl and serve.
