tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
cup sliced onion
cup green pepper
garlic cloves, minced
tsp. chili powder
cup (8 oz) Mexican cheese blend shredded
Unroll crust into a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. In large skillet, sauté chicken in oil until lightly browned. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until veggies are tender and chicken is no longer pink. Spread salsa over crust. Top with 1 cup cheese, chicken mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
