Ingredients
- Recipe options:
- 1 lb. ground beef, extra lean
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup water
- Italian:
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fiesta:
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup Mexican style cheese, shredded
- Mediterranean:
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 3/4 cup red peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- BBQ
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 cup water and your chosen seasoning until well blended. Press into 12–cup muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray; make an indentation in the center of each with a spoon. Spoon your chosen sauce into center of each meatloaf. Bake 30 min. or until meatloaves are cooked through. Top with your chosen cheese; continue baking 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
