Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded frozen hashbrowns
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and onions, drain.
Spray 9x13 casserole pan with Pam.
Layer potatoes (sprinkle with a little salt), sausage, cheese.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour on top.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serve with warm salsa.
