Ingredients

    cups shredded frozen hashbrowns

  • 1

    lb sausage

  • 1

    medium onion chopped

  • 1

    cup grated cheese

  • 8

    eggs

  • 2

    cups milk

  • 1

    tsp dry mustard

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/2

    tsp pepper

Directions

Brown sausage and onions, drain. Spray 9x13 casserole pan with Pam. Layer potatoes (sprinkle with a little salt), sausage, cheese. Mix all other ingredients together and pour on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve with warm salsa.
