Ingredients
- 8 ozs. Heavy cream
- 2 Yolks of egg
- Bacon and prochutt minced

Preparation
Step 1
Saute bacon and prochutt minced on a low flame
In another pan:
Heavy cream- bring to just before a boil
Put Yolks - mix well
Drain oil and fat out of bacon & prochutt
Mix together - add macoroni
**Start macoroni as cooking
