Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix, prepared using only 1/2 the water
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in crockpot, pour broth over chicken. Put two slices of cheese on each breast. Combine soups and milk. Cover chicken with soup mix, sprinkle stuffing over chicken and soup. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
