Ingredients
- Giblets
- 1 quart water (minimum)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 4 peppercorns
- 2 cloves
- Bay leaf
- small onion

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash giblets and neck.
2. Cover all except liver with water. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. reduce to simmer.
3. Add liver for the last 10 minutes.
