  • 1

    quart water (minimum)

  • 1/2

    teaspoon of salt

  • 4

    peppercorns

  • 2

    cloves

  • Bay leaf

  • small onion

Directions

1. Wash giblets and neck. 2. Cover all except liver with water. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. reduce to simmer. 3. Add liver for the last 10 minutes.
