Ingredients

  • 12 Bacon strips, diced
  • 1 loaf (1 lb) frozen bread douch, thawed
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 cup (4oz) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 - 1 envelope (1oz) Ranch Salad Dressing Mix

Step 1

1) Partially cook Bacon.
2) Roll out dough to 1/2" thickness and brush with 1 TBSP Olive Oil.
3) Cut into 1" pieces and place in a large bowl.
4) Add Bacon, Cheese, Dressing Mix, and 1 TBSP Oil and toss to coat.
5) Arrange pieces in a 9x5 oval or round greased baking sheet. Layer as needed.
6) Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled.
7) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
8) Cover with foil and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
