Peppermint Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 16 oz vanilla flavored almond bark
  • 3.5 bag buttered microwave popcorn
  • 1/2 t. peppermint extract
  • 6 crushed candy canes

Preparation

Step 1

Pop popcorn & pour in large bowl; take out unpopped kernels.
Crush candy canes
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Remove from heat & add crushed candy canes & 1/2 t. peppermint extract.
Pour chocolate/candy cane mixture over popped popcorn.
Put on wax paper and break up.
