Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 cloves garlic
- 4 jalapeno peppers
- 2 green onions, cut in half
- 1 small yellow onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into wedges
- 1/2 bunch parsley, rinsed
Preparation
Step 1
Place 2 cups water, the lemon juice, oil, salt, garlic, jalapenos, green onions, yellow onions, bell peppers and parsley in a blender and process until a sauce is formed. If the blender is not large enough, you can make it in two batches. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups.
