Ingredients
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz sausage, cooked and drained
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 t salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese in bottom of pie shell. Top with sausage on cheese. Add rest of cheese and pour egg mixture over the top. Cook 30 minutes at 375 degrees. When done the knife cuts into pie and comes out clean. Serve hot.
