Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c ketchup
- 1 c apricot preserves
- 2/3 c honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp mild curry powder or ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor or blender, combine the ketchup, preserves, honey, soy sauce and curry powder or ginger. Pulse the mixture several times to mix. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until the mixture is well blended, about 30 seconds.
