Ingredients
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sause
- 3/4 teaspoon salt and pinch pepper
- 1 pound beef
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- cabbage leaves
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Step 1
Mix first six ingredients well . Add meat and cooked rice and mix. Immerse cabbage leaves in boiling water until limp [about 3 minutes]. Drain . Place 1/2 cup meat mixtuer in eack leaf and fold sides in and roll up . Put in baking dish . Stir together soup , brown sugar and lemon juice and pour over top of rolls . Bake 350 deg. for 1-1/4 hours , basting once or twiced
