Meringue Cookies

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3-4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Whip 6 egg whites until they are stiff (in a glass or metal bowl). Gradually add sugar.
With a spoon, mix in chocolate chips (I use 3-4 cups).
With a teaspoon, scoop out cookies and place in rows on the cookie sheet. Each sheet should hold approximately 30-35 cookies. Bake for one hour. Let cool
