    can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • ¾

    cup hot water, divided

    pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken

    smallboneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), ½ inch thick

  • 80

    g thinly sliced deli smoked ham, chopped

  • 1-½

    cups sliced fresh mushrooms

  • 1-½

    cupsfrozen peas


HEAToven to 400°F.MIXsoup and 2 Tbsp. water; set aside. Combine stuffing mix and remaining water; spoon onto centres of each of 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil. TOPwith chicken, ham, vegetables and soup mixture. BRINGup foil sides. Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place packets in single layer in 15×10×3/4-inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (170°F). Remove packets from oven; let stand 5 min. CUTslits in tops of packets to release steam before opening. Cooking Know-How To prevent stuffing from sticking to foil, spray foil with cooking spray before using, or use nonstick foil.
