Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 7 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 stick margarine (add more as needed)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - 3 cups confectioners sugar (add more as needed)
- Food color
Preparation
Step 1
Sift all dry ingredients. Blend and soften margarine with sugar. Add one egg at a time, beating well. Add dry ingredients with a small amount of orange juice. Continue to add a small amount of orange juice while beating.
Place a 2 teaspoon cookie on greased cookie sheet. 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Once cookie is completely cooled, frost.
