Peppermint Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 2 packets of stevia
  • 2 candy canes or a handful of peppermint candy
  • red & pink sprinkles
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together chia seeds, almond milk and stevia. Continue stirring for a few minutes as the mixture starts to thicken. Refrigerate for 10 min. before serving in shot glasses. Garnish with sprinkles, crushed peppermint and fresh mint leaves.
