Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Picante sauce or favorite salsa
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix picante sauce, mustard, and brown sugar. Place chicken in shallow baking pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake @ 400* for 20 min. Serve w/ rice or packaged black beans and rice. Use leftovers in a tortilla shell wrap.
