Sausage Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 pd. hot sausage
• 2 crescent roll packages
• 3 tbs. chopped chives
• 1 package of cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the sausage and drain.
Combine the cooked sausage, chives, and cream cheese in a medium bowl.
Unroll the crescent rolls onto a flat surface.
Pinch together the perforated edges.
Spread the sausage mixture on the crescent rolls and roll up.
Freeze the rolls (this helps keep the rolls and mixture together
Thaw and slice the rolls.
Follow baking instructions for crescent rolls.
