Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Stir into nuts. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour over damp nuts. Stir to coat evenly. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
