Large Bell Peppers
15 oz can of Whole Kernel Corn - drained
15 oz can of Black Beans - drained
cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1) Cut Peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. 2) Place under the broiler face down and broil until lightly charred. 3) Mix Corn, Beans, Cheese and Salsa. 4) Fill Pepper shells and broil several minutes until hot and Cheese is melted.
