Take your hash browns up a notch with these Supped Up Hash Browns. Make these for your next brunch potluck and you'll be the hit of the party!

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 (3 ounce) bags real bacon bits, I use real bacon
  • 2 packages Ranch Dip mix
  • 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first four ingredients together. Mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 60 minutes.

*I divided the potatoes into 3 small 7x7 disposable foil pans and froze them. I wrapped them with plastic wrap and then foil.* Do not cook before freezing.

You can put the first 4 ingredients together for a wonderful dip or add potatoes for a side dish
