- 3 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 8 Ounces Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Then Add sour cream and (flour, salt and baking soda) gradually and alternatively.
Chill
Roll out and cut out
May ice with icing if desired
BAKE 400 DEGREES - 10 MINUTES
