Ingredients
- Breaded Chicken:
- chicken breasts
- garlic salt
- cornstarch
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- oil (for frying)
- Sauce:
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken breasts into strips or bite size pieces and sprinkle with garlic salt. Dredge in cornstarch, then in a mixture of beaten eggs and evaporated milk. Fry in a small amount of oil until golden brown. Place in a two 9 x 13 inch pans. Combine sauce ingredients with a wire whisk and pour over chicken to cover. Bake at 350º for one hour, stirring twice while baking. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over sticky rice.
