  • 2 cups sugar

  • 3 or 4 tablespoons milk

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and flour together and add rhubarb , pour into pie shell .
Beat eggs and milk well and pour over top of rhubarb .

Ruth' Mother put a lattiice top on pie .
Bake 10 minutes at 450 deg. reduce heat to 350 deg. and bake 35 minutes more
or until brown .
