Ruth Ann's Mother Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups cut up rhubarb
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 eggs
• 3 or 4 tablespoons milk

• 4 tablespoons milk m My version
• 2 cups rhubarb
• 1 1/4 cup sugar 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and flour together and add rhubarb , pour into pie shell .
Beat eggs and milk well and pour over top of rhubarb .

Ruth' Mother put a lattiice top on pie .
Bake 10 minutes at 450 deg. reduce heat to 350 deg. and bake 35 minutes more
or until brown .
