Ingredients
- 1 17 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. clove
- 2 c. evaporated milk (large can)
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and mix well pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices. milk, and egg.
Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan.
Mix cake mix and margarine as you would for pie crust and sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
Top with 3/4 c. pecans or walnuts or both.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees until firm when pan moves.
Serve with whipped topping.
