Rum Raisin Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs white chocolate chips
  • 1 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp rum-not flavoring-rum alcohol
  • Soak 3/4 of raisins in 3 tbsp of rum

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy sauce pan melt white chocolate chip,sweetened condensed milk and salt.Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vinegar and 1 tsp of rum and then add the raisens.

Spread evenly into 8 0r 9 inch square pan and chill 2 hours. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
