Ingredients
- 1 c. Shortening
- 1 C. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c. Peanut butter
- 2 c. Sifted flour
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 C. Rolled oats (quick or regular)
Preparation
Step 1
Beat shortening and sugars together. Add eggs and peanut butter. Beat well. Sift flour, soda, salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, press criss-cross.
