Ingredients
- 1 box Angel Food Cake mix
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed and rinsed
- 1 small box fat-free, sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 small box fat-free, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- 4 cups fat free milk
- 1 small container Fat-free, sugar free whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare angel food cake according to directions, cool completely.
In a mixing bowl combine both pudding mixes and milk. Beat for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add whipped topping and mix well.
In a large glass bowl or Trifle bowl: tear cake in to bite sized chunks to form an even layer on the bottom. Top with half of the pudding mixture and spread evenly. Arrange an even layer of strawberries and blueberries over the pudding. Repeat with cake, then pudding and then fruit. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
