Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt (16 oz) sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 cups cornflakes, measured, then crushed (or herb seasoned stuffing)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt butter, then mix one half of it with all ingredients except cornflakes. Put in casserole dish. Mix cornflakes with rest of butter, then spoon on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
