Ingredients

  • MACAROONS

  • 8

    oz coconut flakes

  • 3

    egg whites

  • 8

    oz powdered sugar

  • 2

    teaspoon vanilla sugar (or 2 teaspoon vanilla extract)

Directions

Mix egg whites and sugar in bowl. Stir in coconut flakes. Form small balls and put on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
