Ingredients

    cucumber (cut up)

  • 1

    medium onion (chopped)

  • Cherry tomatoes (sliced)

  • Feta Cheese

  • 1

    can pitted/sliced black olives

  • Mix all together.

  • ½

    cup olive oil

  • cup Red wine vinegar

  • 1

    tsp parsley

  • 1

    tbsp fresh garlic

  • Mix together.

Directions

Mix vegetables and then mix oil and wet ingredients.
