Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups coconut
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix coconut, flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by teaspoons 1" apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove onto wire racks to cool.
Optional:
Dip into dark chocolate after baking.
